How to find you?

The nearest tube station is North Greenwich, with about 2 mins walk from the station. We are based in the building B2, on the third floor. Call ‘Fabrika’ at the door, and we will let you in. If you are lost email: fabcornerstudio@gmail.com

What is the minimum hire time?

The minimum hire time is 2 hours.

Are there any lifts?

Yes, there are lifts.

Is Wifi available?

Wifi is available within the studio and the building, and will be shared with you upon arrival.

What happens if we need overtime?

Overtime rates of £80/hour apply. Please note that while we may be able to accommodate one hour overtime without prior agreement, anything surpassing this should be raised prior to rental or as early as possible. Please note that in the case of half-day hires overtime may not always be available due to back-to-back bookings. We reserve the right not to provide overtime.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that a confirmed booking is non-refundable. However, it can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48-hours notice before the original booking date. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days from the original booking date. Fab Corner Studios reserves the right to charge the full fee along with any costs incurred by the company in relation to the confirmed booking.

Are the backdrops included free to use?

Use of our backdrops as portrait backgrounds is free of charge. We charge £10/m for reasonable (floor) use of our backdrops. For full use of a backdrop roll, we charge £80. If you would like us to order a colour that is not currently available at Fab Corner Studios, please contact us as much time in advance as possible (4+ days) as we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the backdrop reception.

Is the studio accessible for disabled people?

Yes, the Studio is located on the third floor of The B2 design district building, and accessible facilities are available within the building.

Is there parking available on site?

We are unable to offer free parking. Temporary loading and unloading is available, with a maximum time of 1 hour. Please provide us with a 48 hours notice. And there are O2 parking which could be paid for to use.

Is there any natural light?

There is! We have huge windows in studio

Can the studio be blacked-out?

Feedback so far is that there is no need to black out the space. But we are open to the idea!
